Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! At Appliance Parts Plus, we are offering our customers a return policy on all the products. All returned products must be received with an approved Return Goods Authorization number. The products you are returning have to be in their original condition as well as in undamaged packaging. Make sure that all the seals, tags, and receipts are there whenever you are returning the product. The products must not be used, installed, modified, altered, or damaged in any way.

Individuals must know that the shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All returns will be at your own expense and choice of carrier. Appliance Parts Plus would be covering the return shipping costs if the product that is getting returned was affected due to a shipping error of Appliance Parts Plus. Suppose the item was shipped to you in inappropriate condition; in that case, Appliance Parts Plus will take responsibility and provide return shipping information and cover all related return shipping costs.

The returned goods are subjected to be inspected well once received, and Appliance Parts Plus holds the right to deny the return if the conditions mentioned above are not met on the returned product.

Return Goods Authorization:

Appliance Parts Plus will accept returns with the RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. If you want to get the RGA number, you have to fill out the RGA Request Form. The requests will be responded to in one business day or two. You will get your response indicating if it’s approved or denied. If the return request is approved, you will get the RGA number and instructions on making the return. RGA number must be on the outside of any packaging and the documentation. The items that have approved RGA numbers will be accepted.

Restocking Fees:

The return is subjected to a minimum restocking fee. Appliances Parts Plus holds the right to apply a restocking fee at our discretion, which is included but is not limited to the following: 

  • Exceptional large quantities of any one item 
  • Huge stock returns without preapprovals 
  • Items that were purchased more than in the 30-day return window 
  • Products that are opened or have damaged packaging
  •  Items that are not in original purchase condition
